"Extrisimo" Seco, 2012 — a refreshing, well-balanced dry white wine with intense floral and fruity aroma and a long, buttery taste. It is created from grapes Ksarel-Lo, Chardonnay and Macabeo, grown in the vast subregion of penedès.The first pages of the history of Spanish wine brand "Masia Bach" dates back to 1915 when the brothers Pere and Ramon Bach moved from Barcelona in Sant Esteve-Sesrovires and acquired the estate "can Estrada", Dating from the EIGHTEENTH century. Thanks to the stable income that the family Bach was received from the cotton trade with the Middle East, they had the opportunity to invest in the winery: expanded the territory of vineyards, built a new 95-meter cellar for aging wines, has purchased more than a thousand oak barrels from the Bordeaux oak. The aim of the brothers Bach was the creation of quality wines, capable of aging. The first wine they released under the name "Extremo" — a concept which in Spain is traditionally called the cotton of the highest quality, imported from India or Egypt. First wine of "Masia Bach" was presented to the public at the international exhibition held in 1929 in Barcelona. However, coming soon, the Civil war has made adjustments in the cloudless future plans of the owners of "Masia Bach". One of the brothers was killed and the second, unable to cope with the loss, in 1942 he sold the property. For the next three decades, the winery changed a huge number of owners.
