Interesting facts

"Faustino VII" — a true Spanish aristocrat. This classic wine from Rioja is made from a dominant grape variety Tempranillo with the addition of a small percentage of Mazuela. Berries grown in mild climatic conditions, in soils that contain lime. The wine is full of beautiful, complex flavor and has an attractive, velvety taste. Carefully selected grapes undergo a process of fermentation at 29 °C for 24 days and the maceration on the skins for 16 days. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 10 months. One third of the barrels made of French oak, the remaining two-thirds are made of American oak. The bottles are stored in cellars for several years, allowing the wine to develop its quality.
