The range of varietal wine "Jinda-Lee" got its name by the name of the first Littore family's vineyards which are located in the region of sunrise of South-Eastern Australia. "Jinda-Lee" in the aboriginal language means "Hill, devoid of vegetation" and accurately describes the landscape of the area. The label "Jinda-Lee" Cabernet Sauvignon shows a rainbow serpent — a powerful mythical ancestor of the Australian aborigines, they have associated with the river. The image of this powerful mythological figure, a symbol of destructive and creative forces of nature, often found in aboriginal rock paintings made over 6,000 years ago.
The wine has deep ruby color.
The aroma of the wine reveals notes of black currant and mint, typical for Cabernet Sauvignon.
The wine has a soft taste with sweet fruity notes and silky tannins.
The wine matches perfectly with pasta, pizza, steak, roast and BBQ, ragout of duck and ham.
