The range of varietal wine "Jinda-Lee" got its name by the name of the first Littore family's vineyards which are located in the region of sunrise of South-Eastern Australia. "Jinda-Lee" in the aboriginal language means "Hill, devoid of vegetation" and accurately describes the landscape of the area. On the wine label depicts river turtle with a long serpentine neck, living in the waters of the Murray. The turtle was a traditional object of hunting of Australian aboriginal tribes that inhabited once the shores of this river. These animals can be seen basking in the sun or floating in the river."Jinda-Lee" Shiraz — an elegant, beautifully balanced wine with a delicate flavor that can be drunk young, and can be stored for 3 years. The wine is produced from selected grapes of the highest quality. Fermentation "Jinda-Lee" Shiraz is made in stainless steel vats after which the wine is aged in American oak barrels. Because of this, the wine retains a typical class a typical Shiraz aromas with hints of plum and spice, and the taste becomes elegance."Jinda-Lee" Shiraz vintage 2008 won the silver medal at the "Mundus Vini International Wine" and "Vienna International Wine Challenge".Mario and Aurora Littorio planted his first vines in the fertile soil of the river Murray, ushering in the vineyard "Jinda-Lee" and the family tradition of winemaking. Their sons Vince and David in 1997, bought the winery "Idyll" in the town of Geelong in the Valley murabul and registered "Jindalee Estate Wines". Gradually expanded the area of vineyards, business development. By 2007, the wine "Jindalee" exported to 17 countries. In 2007, the family began a major expansion of the brewery, increasing capacity from 3 million litres to 13 million litres, with the possibility of processing up to 15,000 tons of grapes per year. At the same time it was rebranded the winery, 2008 wines made under the brand name "Littore Family Wines". The wine is ruby red in color.
