Interesting facts

Gruner Veltliner "Langenlois" is made not only from berries our own vineyards, and using the same varieties from areas other manufacturers grown in the Kamptal. Therefore, the wine can be called the expression of the terroir. Harvested manually, the grapes are sorted and rest before pressing. Fermentation takes place for about a month at controlled temperature. Wine is aged for about six months in the cellars of the economy.Rabl (Rabl) is one of the oldest wine dynasties of Austria. Rabl family produces its own wine since 1750. The estate is located in Lower Austria, in the heart of the wine region Kamptal, known for its white wines. The family owns vineyards located on rocky terraces, the cool northerly winds. Here main white varieties are grown in Austria — grüner Veltliner, which is called the "secret weapon" of Austrian wine, and Riesling. The red variety Zweigelt grape is presented — an unusual variety that grows only here and on some experimental vineyards of Germany, England, USA and Canada. In addition to white and red wines Rabl winery also produces sparkling wine. Whatever wine is produced winery Rudolf Rabl, its current owner, has always followed its motto — "the Highest quality at affordable prices."
