In "Regaleali" Le rose reflected all the passion and respect Tasca d'almerita wine and winemaking. The wine is made from grapes nerello Mascalese — virtually unknown outside of Sicily. Mash fermentation was carried out for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14°C. part of the wort was subjected to a secondary malolactic fermentation. Aged the wine for 3 months in steel tanks. Wine storage capacity for 2-3 years.
The wine is a deep salmon pink color.
In the aromatic bouquet of the wine captured the subtle tones of cherry, notes of raspberry and BlackBerry, nuances of rose petals.
The taste of the wine is rich, with a refreshing acidity, explosive notes of red fruits that are beautifully highlighted with floral and minty notes, with a long, flavorful finish
Wine is served with appetizers, recommended in combination with seafood, pasta, risotto.
