Wine "Elevation" is a unique combination of a refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with Viognier and Riesling. The grapes are harvested from the best plots of Marlborough. "Elevation" fascinates with its richness, juiciness and freshness, giving the wine a unique taste connotation. After desteblirovaniya the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. Aging on the yeast for 2 months gives the wine complexity and completeness. After filtering and fining the wine was bottled in July 2011. Its amazingly rich for a young vintage taste "Elevation" will keep for at least 3-5 years after graduation.Wine "Elevation" Sauvignon Blanc 2011 was awarded a bronze medal on the contest "Decanter World Wine Awards" in 2012.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is very pale straw color with greenish hues.
Wine with an intense and complex aroma of stone fruit, lime and herbs, with notes of mint and passion fruit.
The taste of the wine is refreshing, rich and rounded with bright acidity and seamless tannins, culminating in a clean and dry finish.
Wine great as an aperitif, goes well with salads and seafood.
