Dry white wine Sibirkovy from the winery Vedernikov made from grapes Sibirkovy. The wine produced on upgraded lines, where used destemmer French crusher and cryomaceration. The harvest is collected in boxes with a capacity of 12-14 kg, and then sorted manually. The grapes grows on plots with lower yields — up to 4 000 kg/ha, which can increase the concentration of nutrients and ensures optimum ripening of the berries. Wine Sibirkovy recommended to drink now or over the next three years.
The wine has an attractive Golden straw color with a good luster.
The wine has a complex aroma with dominant notes of citrus, minerals, apples, herbs, and spring flowers.
The wine has a clean, refreshing taste with a smooth texture, mineral and citrus notes, nice acidity and light nutty nuances in a dry finish.
The wine is perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to cold cuts of fish and seafood, salad greens, white meat, pizza, pasta, soft cheeses.
