Inkerman, Bastardo — the beautiful ordinary wine made from the legendary grape varieties — Bastardo Magarach. Traditional vinification technology allows to fully preserve the original complex aroma and delicate taste of grapes. Due to the short exposure (6 months) in barrels of pedunculate oak and European oak, rounded tannins, forming a velvety texture, the drink is saturated with aromatic substances. Wine Bastardo from Inkerman awarded the highest ratings by international experts and was awarded gold and silver medals.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has dark-ruby color.
Live varietal aroma of wine is filled with tones of cream and light nuances of aging.
The taste of wine is soft and velvety, with moderate, slowly fading tannins. The finish is medium length, with floral and berry notes.
The wine matches perfectly with any red meat dishes, especially barbecue, steak, and barbecue grills.

Инкерманский завод марочных вин был создан в 1961 году на базе виноградников западных долин Крыма, на легендарных землях Севастополя. Земля здесь буквально дышит традициями виноделия, заложенными еще в период античных времен. Выращиванием винограда на территории Херсонеса занимались еще 2000 лет назад. Именно здесь, практически на заре христианства, в пещерных городах Крыма люди впервые создавали вино. Те традиции бережно хранятся нынешними крымскими виноделами, воплощаясь в великолепные вина компании "Инкерман".
