Red wine "Lucente" is made from grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot and a small portion of Cabernet Sauvignon grown in two prestigious farms Tuscany: Merlot — vineyard Castiglioni, located in the Chianti Colli Fiorentini, Sangiovese comes from the vineyard Castelgiocondo in Montalcino. The percentage of Sangiovese and Merlot in the composition of the wine varies depending on crop and season. "Lucente is an innovative and modern interpretation of the classic wine of Tuscany," explains Lamberto Frescobaldi, — "this wine expresses our desire to create something completely new in a region known worldwide for its great wines".

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has deep and bright red violet color with purple sparkles.
The aroma of the wine reveals pure notes of red berries — cherries and strawberries, black pepper and milk chocolate, followed by hints of licorice and balsamic, mineral notes of graphite.
The wine has a warm, round taste with elegant tannins and a silky texture, a long finish with fruity tones.
The wine goes well with dishes of beef, lamb, duck, big game, cheeses.
