Tenuta San Leonardo, Vette di San Leonardo, Vignete Dele Dolomiti IGT, 2013 — wonderful, sensual wine with a pleasant, refreshing taste. The name of the Vette di San Leonardo was named after the majestic mountain peaks surrounding vineyards. The average age of the vines is between 6 and 15 years. The harvest carried out in September, achieving a perfect ripeness. The grapes are vinified without the skins, then sent to undergo cold maceration and fermentation at 12°C for 12 days. Wine Matures in stainless steel tanks 5 months for frequent battonazh. After the process of aging the wine is stabilised, clarified and filtered before bottling.Tenuta San Leonardo is a famous Italian winery. Located in the picturesque, fantastically beautiful place. Here married the daughter of the king of Bavaria Princess Teodolinda and the king of Lombardy Authari in 588 BC On the estate erected a monastery, named in honor of the patron of all prisoners of St. Leonardo. Tasting Characteristics

The wine is bright and lively straw color.
In a beautiful aromatic bouquet of the wine played with notes of elderflower, tomato leaf nuances, hints of exotic fruits, which are complemented by hints of minerals and light salty.
The taste of the wine is voluminous and rich, very beautiful and elegant, with the typical characteristics of Sauvignon Blanc. The finish is long and sustained.
