"Acustic" Blanc — dry white wine that is produced from a blend of 4 varieties: Garnacha, Macabeo, Garnacha Gris and Pansa Blanca. Collection and sorting of the harvest is done manually, after which the grapes are subjected to maceration on the skins for 2 weeks at a very low temperature. After a light pressing fermentation process takes place: 70% of the must is fermented for two months in stainless steel tanks, 30% of the must is fermented for four months in French oak barrels after which the wine is bottled.
The wine is a beautiful light yellow color.
The wine has an elegant, refreshing fragrance with the blend of fruity and floral tones. The bouquet is decorated with accents of toast and light hints of dried herbs.
A generous, balanced wine with rich, balanced flavor. Fruity acidity that defines the character palette accentuates the refined oak accents and floral touches.
The wine goes well with fish and seafood, cold cuts and poultry.
