Vermentino white wine of 2014 by wine house Aia Vecchia is a wonderful drink, which is a nice refresh on a hot summer day. The wine is a blend from grapes Vermentino (95%) and Viognier (5%). Vermentino gives the wine a Mediterranean character, the lightness and refreshing acidity gives a unique hints of citrus and herbs. Enriches Viognier fruit flavors and softens the taste. Harvested grapes are left to ferment at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. In those tanks the wine is aged after fermentation for 4 months. The wine is straw yellow with pale green reflections.
