Altogrande, Roble, DO Ribera del Duero — red wine, which winemakers use Tempranillo grapes grown in the vineyards of Alegrande. Harvesting is carried out only after reaching the optimum fruit maturity. At the winery the fruit are subjected to gentle pressing followed by vinification at a controlled temperature. Roble wine goes well with feathered game, wild game meat, grilled lamb, and roast and stewed meat.

The wine is ruby-cherry color with elegant violet reflections.
The wine has an expressive aroma reveals notes of dark fruit, underbrush, cocoa, and spices.
The wine shows a rounded, balanced flavor with fruit and spice notes, nice acidity and a long finish.
This wine goes perfectly with game birds, wild game meat, grilled lamb, as well as with roast and braised red or white meat.
