Anura Chardonnay — dry white wine created from Chardonnay grapes. The berries are grown on the vineyards in the Western Cape. The harvest is carried out early in the morning while the air temperature has not reached the maximum. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels (15%) and in stainless steel tanks. 15% of the wine aged in French oak barrels of second and third use for 4 months, the remaining 85% of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is an attractive Golden straw color.
The wine has a fresh fragrance that reveals notes of lime, lemon, papaya, flowers, honey and spices.
The wine shows a clean, refreshing taste with fruit and mineral tones, with light oak nuances and a pleasant acidity soft finish.
The wine will make a harmonious couple of fish dishes, salads, sushi, seafood and fruit.
