Burgundy red wine Bourgogne Pinot Noir is made from the same grapes that grow in the area with marl soil interspersed with clay and limestone at the foot of the mountains. When the berries reach optimum ripeness, starts the manual harvest. Predfermentatsionnaya maceration takes place at low temperature during fermentation regular pizhazh and remontazh. After vinification the wine is aged on the lees 10 months in one to five year oak barrels for 10 months.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is dark red in color with a ruby hue.
The wine has a complex, rich flavor, showing a good concentration of fruity notes and accents of red and black berries. Spicy sound give the bouquet touches of spice.
The taste of wine is sophisticated, soft, with nice round tannins and a rich palette of fruit colors. Long aftertaste is decorated with nuances of wet earth and grass.
The wine goes well with grilled dishes (beef, veal, sausages), a dish of white meat (rabbit), lamb, duck, vegetarian dishes and cheeses (sumantran, Nuits d'or, reblochon, and permie, marble Emmental).

About the manufacturer

Жан-Баптист Бежо решил основать свою виноторговую компанию, специализирующуюся на винах Бургундии. Так в 1891 году появился дом Bejot.
