Dry red monosortovoe "Don Hugo" Tempranillio created from grapes grown in the Rioja region. Vinification took place in small stainless steel tanks. With the aim of preserving the light fruit character of the wine, fermentation temperature was maintained at not higher than 26 °C. the Wine is aged six months in new American oak barrels originally from Ohio. To achieve the roundness of the taste of the bottled wine was sent in a cool cellar for additional exposure, which lasted at least 4 months.
The wine is red garnet color.
The wine has an elegant aroma with dominant notes of ripe dark fruit, vanilla, herbs and spices.
The taste of the wine is harmonious, pleasant, fruity, with soft tannins and balanced acidity in an elegant finish.
