Dry white wine "Borgo Tesis" Chardonnay, created from Chardonnay grapes grown on the farm Tenuta di Tauriano, has a very important character, preserving and transmitting the essence of the region of Friuli Grave. The soils of the region — limestone with a high content of gravel. The harvest took place from late August until early September, by mechanical means, after which the berries were razdavlivanija and were subjected to destemming, and then cooled. Wine bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
The aroma of the wine reveals notes of acacia flowers and fragrant spring garden. They are joined by hints of Apple, peach, pear.
The wine has a restrained, elegant palate with notes of Apple, acacia honey and ripe peach. Dry finish gives a refreshing effect.
This wine is perfect as an aperitif and also goes well with appetizers, soups, young cheeses.
