"Villa Alba" Tai Pinot Grigio, Veneto IGT, an elegant white wine in which the grape varieties of Tokaj Friulano (tai) and Pinot Grigio grown in the vineyards of Puglia. After harvest, the berries are fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °C in stainless steel tanks for 5-8 days. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has an attractive straw colour.
The wine is fresh, elegant fragrance that reveals notes of citrus, spring flowers, minerals, herbs and honey.
The wine shows a refreshing, clean taste with a smooth texture, citrus and floral notes and a pleasant acidity in a dry finish.
The wine goes well with appetizers, fish, seafood and light salads. Can be served as an aperitif.
