Red wine DOCG Brunello di Montalcino (Brunello di Montalcino) has a pretty long history — it is produced since 1970. This wine embodies the best winemaking tradition of the farm Caparzo (Caparzo) and has a long aging potential — about 20 years. "Brunello di Montalcino" is produced from grapes Sangiovese Grosso (Brunello) by traditional fermentation. The maturation takes place in barrels of Slavonian and French oak, as well as throughout the year in bottles. Serve wine should be in a couple of hours after the unsealing.
