Cape Crest Sauvignon blanc 2007 is a lovely wine made on the famous Te Mata winery. The fermentation process takes place in oak barrels after fermentation the wine for 8 months aged in barriques on the lees. The result is a delicious wine with a rich aroma of fruit and toast. The label Cape Cross Sauvignon Blanc shows cormorants, a colony of these remarkable marine birds are located in the South of Hawkes Bay. The wine has a 5-year aging potential. Awards: 100 points out of 109 in the evaluation of Kiwi wine Fan Club.
