The wines are made with great care and attention to all, even the smallest detail — from the vineyard to bottling. Each wine is produced in small quantities and very strictly numbered. Red wine "Carmel Single Vineyard" Merlot is made from Merlot grapes grown in the vineyard "Sha'al", located in the subregion of the Golan Heights (Golan Heights). The plot is divided into an altitude of 780 meters above sea level. Vineyard soil — mixed, contain gravel, limestone, and basalt and volcanic sediments. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature the wine is aged for 10-14 months in French oak barrels. The wine storage capacity is 7-12 years.
