The grape variety Sauvignon Blanc is grown, harvested and processed directly on the Crimean Peninsula. The wine is pale straw-gold color.
Pure varietal aroma of the wine reveals notes of gooseberry, white currant, green grass.

Винный Дом "Фотисаль" расположен в одном из живописных уголков Бахчисарайского района, в деревне Танковое (до 1945 г. — Биюк-Сюрень). Свое название компания берет от Фотисальского района, связанного со святым Фотием, в честь которого в деревне Голубинка (до 1945 г. — Фоти Сала) был построен храм.
