Wine "Chateau Grand-Jean Bordeaux Superieur AOC" can safely be called the great Bordeaux wine for its perfect balance, richness, rounded tannin structure and a noble aroma. The blended wine composed of three grape varieties, grown on clay-limestone soils of the small area of 5 hectares. The average age of the vines is 35 years, the density of planting 5,000 plants per hectare. The vineyard is part of the environmental policy of integrated control for maintaining a favorable ecological environment and product quality. Harvested grapes undergo cryomaceration, 25-day alcoholic fermentation at 28°C, a 4-day postfermentation maceration at 33°C, malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in barrels of French and American oak for 8 months. The storage capacity of wine is 6 years old.The wine has won numerous awards at different prestigious international wine competitions. The wine has bright violet color.
The aroma of the wine is delicate, with hints of vanilla, toast and wood.
