Wine "Chateau Grand-Jean Bordeaux Superieur AOC" can safely be called the great Bordeaux wine for its perfect balance, richness, rounded tannin structure and a noble aroma. The blended wine composed of three grape varieties, grown on clay-limestone soils of the small area of 5 hectares. The average age of the vines is 35 years, the density of planting 5,000 plants per hectare. The vineyard is part of the environmental policy of integrated control for maintaining a favorable ecological environment and product quality. Harvested grapes undergo cryomaceration, 25-day alcoholic fermentation at 28°C, a 4-day postfermentation maceration at 33°C, malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in barrels of French and American oak for 8 months. The storage capacity of wine is 6 years old.The wine has won numerous awards at different prestigious international wine competitions.
