Chateau Maucru — a very attractive young red wine with a soft and juicy palate, good balance and structure, rich fruit aroma. The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc and Merlot grown in vineyards in Bordeaux on clay and limestone soils. After fermentation the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature.Chateau Maucru — a small estate in Bordeaux, which for 5 generations, is under the direction of the Nadau family. Its vineyards have an excellent terroir with gravel, clay and limestone soil, plenty of drainage, and berries are filled with lovely fruit. The estate grown Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc Muscadelle and Sauvignon Blanc, of which are complex, well-structured wine. The plant uses modern equipment that allows to control the whole process of wine production. Over 150 years of château knowledge in winemaking has been passed down from generation to generation.Family is Necessary and their team have put all my love and knowledge to create wines that meet the highest standards of certification Bordeaux. Jean-Louis is Necessary to produce excellent white, red and rose wines that are truly representative of the Bordeaux region.
