Chateau Paradis Blanc — dry white wine from Provence. For its production of berries Sauvignon Blanc and Grenache Blanc are collected and cleaned manually, then are strictly controlled fermentation process. The resulting wine has a crystal clear color, refreshing citrus-floral scent and a rich taste of summer with notes of acacia flowers.

Tasting Characteristics

The color of the wine is transparent, light yellow with Golden highlights.
The aroma of wine is dominated by fresh grapefruit and summer flowers.
In the harmonious taste of the wine reveals a rich bouquet with hints of acacia flowers, giving a complexity of tones of Sauvignon Blanc.
Wine served with cheese, appetizers with curry sauce, and Indian dishes, fish carpaccio with scallops and other seafood.
