Wine "Cheval Noire" is made from grapes of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet franc grown in the vineyard, which is located in the Western part of the region of Saint-Emilion, in the area called Avalon. 35-year-old vines, which are harvested to produce this wine are grown on sandy soils with patches of clay. The harvest is done entirely by hand. The wine is aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels. In 2009 the company opened a new winery, equipped with the latest technology, it is there, in well-equipped, ventilated basements exposure "Cheval Noir". The wine has good storage capacity — 8 to 10 years.Since 2011, the wine "Cheval Noir" is included in the list of wines offered in business class on Board China airlines, Cathay Pacific, considered one of the best in the world.

The wine is dark, opaque garnet color.
Rich, concentrated flavor of the wine captivates with generous notes of wild berries, spice cake, spice, dried herbs and black fruits.
