Romanеe Vosne 1er Cru "Aux Brulees", 2006 from the Domaine Michel Gros — red wine which has an elegant flavor with very soft tannins. Harvest of Pinot Noir grapes could reach a nice level of maturity with high sugar levels and good acidity, thanks to favorable weather conditions in 2006. Aging of the wine lasted 18 months in oak barrels of which 50-70% are new. Harmonious wine "On Brule", which can be enjoyed now, also intended for long aging.Michel Gros is the winemaker in the sixth generation, which continues and develops the work undertaken by his ancestors. He owns more than 18 hectares of vineyards in Nuits-Saint-Georges and Vosne-Romanée, including plots of Premier Cru. Gros Michel is always concerned about the development of their offspring. It controls all stages of production — from planting the grapes to bottling the wine in the bottle.
