The wine Philippe Chavy, Bourgogne Chardonnay is made from Chardonnay grapes, 90% of which are grown in vineyards in the appellation of Puligny-Montrachet and 10% — in the vineyards in Meursault. Wine fermentation took place partly in oak barrels, partly in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is an attractive Golden straw color.
The wine has a fresh aroma with notes of citrus and tropical fruits, minerals and flowers.
The wine is clean, refreshing taste with hints of white flowers, citrus and minerals, with a pleasant acidity and a dry finish.
