The wine Philippe Chavy, Bourgogne Chardonnay is made from Chardonnay grapes, 90% of which are grown in vineyards in the appellation of Puligny-Montrachet and 10% — in the vineyards in Meursault. Wine fermentation took place partly in oak barrels, partly in stainless steel vats.
