The unique growing conditions of the grapes Chasselas provide an unusual taste of the wine "Fendant". Vineyard with old vines Chasselas is broken in a unique location, in the mountains, at an altitude of over 750 metres above sea level. It can be reached only by narrow trails or by cable car. Thanks to the pure and pristine Alpine scenery, rich in minerals, soils, and unique production technology the wine has a rich character and unique taste, which persists for several years after bottling the wine is bottled. Wine "Fendant" is manufactured strictly according to biodynamic principles and the lunar calendar.Domaine de Beudon is a young winery, which was formed only in 1971. The owner of the vineyard — Jacques Grange — acquired this territory in order to create high-quality wines from organic grapes. He tried to preserve the pristine nature of Switzerland and the diversity of the local flora and fauna.
The wine has a pale yellow color.
Clean and fresh aroma of the wine combines the shades of green fruits and rhubarb, hints of wood and flowers.
The wine has a dry, rounded, rich, beverage flavor with notes of spices, bread, ripe fruit, salty nuances, fresh acidity and a long finish with a slight bitterness.
