"Interlude" Semillon — a delicious dry white wine made from Semillon grapes that grow in vineyards in South Australia. At the end of the harvest, the berries undergo a traditional vinification, passing under strict temperature control.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is an attractive straw-gold color.
The wine shows a fresh, elegant aroma with notes of tropical and citrus fruits.
The wine has a clean, rounded palate with notes of peach, grapefruit and white flowers. The finish is fresh and harmonious.
Wine is the perfect accompaniment to fried or grilled fish, seafood, shellfish, light salads, Asian dishes. In addition, the wine is perfect as aperitif.

История Dominic Wines начинается около 100 лет назад в Хорватии, где Видо Доминик работает на виноградниках.
