Wine Dr. Buerklin Wolf Ruppertsberger Riesling trocken is created from a crop with multiple sites located in the district of Ruppertsberg, where the dry and Sunny climate in Germany, which is very similar to the climate of Alsace. Viticulture is conducted on organic principles, and through careful selection still in the process of maturation, the grapes reach full maturity with excellent quality. The age of the vines is about 35 years. The collected berries are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks on natural yeasts at 16 °C. then the wine is aged for 8 months in two types of containers: 85% in stainless steel tanks and 15% in old oak casks of 2500 liters.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is straw-yellow in color.
Intense notes of pineapple, pear and ripe apples stand out clearly in the aroma of wine in the background notes of minerals and white flowers.
Lively, complex flavor of the wine has a bright fruit acidity, subtle honey sweetness and great durability smoky aftertaste.
Wine is the perfect addition to Eastern dishes, Japanese cuisine, and is perfect with pasta, grilled fish, white meat, cakes and souffles.
