Wine "El Castro de Valtuille" Mencia Seleccion is made from grapes Mencia, through which the Bierzo region gained world fame. There is a legend that Mencia vines brought here by the pilgrims going to Santiago de Compostella. Still we do not know the origin of Mensa — whether it is reborn Pinot Noir, or Cabernet franc. Experts call Mensah grade chameleon, because depending on the terroir it exhibits the features of Cabernet franc and Pinot Noir.
