"Dalbiere" — a light white wine from grapes Trebbiano di Romagna grapes grown in the vineyards in the region of Emilia-Romagna. Real success may be the acquisition of white wines from well-known manufacturer of Central Italy. The age of the vines is around 42 years, the harvest in 2014, displays a remarkable freshness and aroma are reflected in the wine with hints of peach, lemon and fresh cut grass. The must is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C and aged in steel tanks for about 3 months. Because of this it becomes a light taste with a flexible structure and lively acidity. "Delibere" is the perfect choice for lunch or dinner in an informal setting.Exemplary winery Fattoria dzerbina located in the province of Emilia-Romagna. Founded the farm in 1966, Vincenzo Gemignani, who planted the first vineyards on the hills of Marzio. His wines quickly achieved success, winning various prizes at wine competitions.In 1987 the management was taken over by his granddaughter Christine Gemignani. At first, she assisted renowned oenologist Vittorio Fiore. Maria Christine Gemignani is a specialist in oenology and agriculture qualifications, she graduated from the University of Milan. Her special achievement was overcoming the prejudices associated with professionalism enologist women. In Italy the attitude towards women in this profession for the better began to change in the last 7-8 years, and of course it's connected with the activities of such energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious women like Christina that much has done and is doing to develop their family economy and the region as a whole. To strengthen the image of the region it has created a public organization that brings together the best producers of the Emilia-Romagna — "Invitation to Tuscany".The vineyards of Fattoria Zerbina, which occupies 28 hectares, located in a very beautiful, diverse, low hills of the Tuscan-Romanesque of the Apennines, which are grown local and international grape varieties: Sangiovese (80%), Trebbiano, Albano, Cabernet franc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon. Special attention Christine paid to the study of the Sangiovese clones from Tuscany and Romagna. Her choice fell on a local clone of Sangiovese di Romagna. The diverse composition of local soil of the hills was the most suitable for the cultivation of this variety which is responsible for obtaining high quality wines with a strong local character. Another feature of agriculture is the cultivation of vineyards in the ancient method "alberello" (1990), which applies the special garter vines on a high stick, allowing sunlight to fall on the entire surface of the vine — it provides the optimum passage of the process of photosynthesis and makes it easier to care for plants and harvest. Thanks to the impressive results, it is planned to transfer all the vineyards for this scheme.
