Rounded, easy-drinking sweet white wine "Gato Negro" Moscato produced from grapes grown in the Northern zone of Chile, where the rainfall does not exceed 120 mm and a long dry period from spring to autumn, and warmer summers allow the grapes to ripen fully and taste succulent. Moscato Bianco harvested in the month of April. Before fermentation the grapes undergo a short pre-maceration in order to extract the floral and fruity aroma that are typical of the class, avoiding the extraction of phenols that give a taste of bitterness. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15°C. the wine Producer is a Chilean winery San Pedro — one of the most famous in the country. The founders of the company are considered brothers Correa, in 1865, bought land that once belonged to their ancestors. Gradually wine San Pedro have become in demand, and in 1940 the company started to export wines far beyond Chile and today ranks second in the country for exports of Chilean wines. The winery owns large areas of vineyards in the valleys such as the Maipo, Curico, Rapel and Maule.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine has bright Golden yellow color.
In the delicate floral aroma of the wine are interwoven with citrus notes of lime and orange peel.
The taste of the wine is soft, fresh, fruity, with a very soft finish that recalls drops of honey.
Fine wine as a standalone drink, but also accompanied fruit desserts or pies and strong cheeses.
