"Le Nature" Freisa — great Italian dry wine with a great taste and pleasant aroma. The wine is made from grapes of Freisa, which has historically been grown on the hills of the Langhe. The harvest begins in the second half of September, when the grapes begin to fade. Traditional vinification for red wines produced with typical pumping the wort on top of the grape cap. After that occurs at a controlled temperature malolactic fermentation. Wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. To facilitate the purification of natural wine applies a series of phase mixing. Pelissero is a family — run winery, which for generations has been the cultivation of the vine in the heart of Barbaresco. The founder of the company was Luigi Pelissero that in the 60-ies of XX century began bottling and selling wine under his own name with the logo Pelissero. Today, the firm run by his son Giorgio is an experienced oenologist, is actively engaged in improving the quality of wine and the expansion of the company's holdings, which comprise 38 hectares of land. Tasting Characteristics

The wine has deep ruby red color with hints of garnet.
The aroma is intense and fruity, with notes of cherries and red fruits.
The taste of wine is stable, elegant, but full-bodied, velvety and well structured, with excellent balance of tannins.
The wine perfectly complements a variety of dishes, particularly well with grilled meat, steaks and cheeses.
