Harmonious white wine Hannes Sabathi, "Steirischer Mischsatz" is the Austrian wine region of Styria, is passing the varietal characteristics of its terroir. The wine is created from a blend of white grapes, among which the traditional Austrian Riesling, but also Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Harvested at optimal maturity the grapes are subjected to a traditional vinification in stainless steel tanks, which ensures the future of the wine freshness and lightness and at the same time retains the depth and richness of flavor.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is straw yellow with pale green tint.
The rich aroma of wine stand out notes of green apples, spicy touches of dried herbs and playful nuances of gooseberry.
The wine has an intense, harmonious taste with rounded fruity notes and subtle spice nuances. The wine shows good drinkability, elegance and persistence.

Винодельческое хозяйство семейства Сабати расположено в живописном винодельческом регионе Австрии — Южной Штирии. Его история известна с 1860-го года. До 1968 года хозяйство было смешанным, но отец нынешнего владельца сменил направление деятельности на виноделие, а с 1999 года Дом Сабати стал исключительно винодельческим предприятием. С 2005 года руководство компанией перешло к Ханнесу Сабати. Он обладает солидным винодельческим образованием, проходил практику в именитых хозяйствах Австрии, изучал опыт виноделия в Бургундии. Ханнес оптимизировал урожайность, довел до совершенства обработку виноградников. Затем он модернизировал винодельню. Ханнес оснастил ее современным оборудованием и отладил все процессы сортировки и винификации.
