Casajus Vendimia Seleccionada is a generous, expressive red wine, which uses grapes Tinto Fino (Tempranillo). Vine age is 30 years old, grow in the vineyards of Ribera del Duero. The harvest is carried out manually. At the winery, the berries are fermented at a strictly controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks of small volume. Wine is aged 12 months in barrels of American and French oak. Before entering the market, the wine Casajus Vendimia Seleccionada is aged six months in bottle in the cellars of the winery.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is purple-ruby color with inky highlights.
In the rich and deep aroma of wine is dominated by accents of ripe BlackBerry, plum, hints of vanilla and elegant floral touches.
The wine has an intense and rich taste, which reveals generous notes of ripe fruit and bright hints of berry jam. Beautiful chords embellished by nuances of cinnamon, vanilla and licorice and fine tannins accentuates the rounded, long finish.
Wine is the perfect accompaniment to stews and grilled meats, roast lamb, lamb stew, red meat, grilled poultry, cheese.
