Red wine Jean de Saligny, Bordeaux Rouge is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet franc and Merlot. During production we use the traditional red varieties for vinification. Wine is fermented at a temperature of 25-30 degrees. This is followed by a process of maceration for 15-20 days, while periodically poured wine and aerated, which allows to achieve the best balance in taste. Before bottling the wine is filtered.
The wine is dark purple in color with a red tint.
Spicy aroma of wine filled with notes of fruits and berries.
The wine has a soft, pleasant taste with a beautiful structure and a refreshing finish.
Wine is recommended in combination with red meat, grilled meat and cheeses.
