Kosta Browne, Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley — a delicious red wine, created from grapes Pinot Noir, which grows in the vineyards of Russian river — Castaldi, Big Pig, El Diablo, Gantz, Giusti, Graham, Jenkins, Keefer, Koplen, Lancel Creek, Lucky Well, Moonshine, Stephens, Thorn Ridge and Ulises Valdez. The harvest for vintage 2014 was held from 22 August to 1 October. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperature for 14 days. Wine is aged 15 months in French oak barrels, of which 44% were new. The bottling of the vintage 2014 was held on 15-18 December 2015.
The wine has a dark purple-garnet color.
The wine impresses with a luxurious, multi-faceted fragrance that reveals notes of black raspberry, underbrush, licorice and rose petals.
The wine shows a full, concentrated palate with notes of cherry, rose, raspberry and pomegranate, with elegant tannins and intriguing aftertaste.
The wine is excellent with lamb ragout with vegetables, roast Turkey, game birds under a mushroom or berry sauce.
