The series of wines called "Le Tre Bifore", translated from Italian as "Three double Windows", received a symbolic reflection in the picture on the label. The name has hidden meaning — each wine line is created from three grape varieties.Orvieto Classico is the most famous classic white wine from the Central region of Italy, which in the middle ages was the favorite drink of the papacy. White wine "Le Tre Bifore" Orvieto Classico are made from a blend of grapes Grechetto, Trebbiano and Malvasia grown in the volcanic soil of the vineyard Poggio Calvelli, located near the ancient town of Orvieto, at an altitude of 330 meters above sea level. The age of the vines is around 20 years. Harvested in late September-early October. Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12-16°C after 7 hours of cold maceration. To preserve freshness of taste and aroma of the wine within a few months aged in steel tanks and then in bottles. Winery "La Carraia" originated in 1988 as a result of the cooperation of the owner of the vineyard odoardo Dzhaletti and winemaker Riccardo kotarella. From a young age life odoardo Dzhaletti was associated with vineyards. In farming, owning 200 acres of vineyards, pays great attention to the relationship with the land and its biorhythms. Odoardo Dzhaletti continues fruitful cooperation with the now well-known and respected in Italy and other countries oenologist Riccardo kotarella. Together with his sons Mauro and Marco, he oversees the work in the vineyards and the winery, ensuring high quality wines that reflect a deep love of nature and respect for human labour.
