"Parus" — a dry red wine made from Sangiovese grapes that grow in vineyards with a planting density of 6000 vines/ha harvesting is carried out by achieving the optimum fruit ripeness. Fermentation is the traditional way in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 20 days. Wine is aged one year in stainless steel tanks, and then another 4 months in bottle in the cellars of the winery.
The wine is a bright red color.
