Mantlerhof, Gruner Veltliner "Lossterrassen" — organic white wine, which winemakers use grape varieties grüner Veltliner, grown in the vineyard "Lossterrassen" with loess soils. The harvest is carried out manually at the beginning of October. At the winery the berries are soft pressed followed by fermentation in steel tanks. Wine perfect as an aperitif, goes well with all kinds of cheeses, especially Parmesan and goat cheese, seafood, fish (primarily flounder and halibut) and a dish of tender meat poultry.

Tasting Characteristics

Wine of straw-Golden color.
The refreshing aroma of the wine abounds with hints of citrus, minerals and white flowers.
The wine shows a soft, clean taste with fruity and mineral hints, refined acidity and light herbal notes in the dry finish.
Wine perfect as an aperitif, goes well with all kinds of cheeses, especially Parmesan and goat cheese, seafood, fish (primarily flounder and halibut) and a dish of tender meat poultry.
