Interesting facts

"Furore" Bianco, Costa d'amalfi DOC — elegant white wine made from a blend of two grapes — Falanghina and Biancolella. The berries grow on the coastal terraces with dolomite-calcareous soils at an altitude of 200-550 meters above sea level. The harvest is carried out manually in the first 10 days of October. At the winery the grapes are sorted, crushed and subjected to careful pressing. After static cooling fermentation takes place with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15 °C for 20-30 days. The wine is aged 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine is straw-yellow in color.
The wine shows a refined aroma with notes of fresh white fruits and Mediterranean herbs.
The wine is harmonious, refreshing taste with a smooth texture, juicy acidity and light mineral nuances in an elegant finish.
The wine blends wonderfully with white meat dishes, sushi, crudo, shellfish and young cheeses.
