Interesting facts

Original, bright wine Roero with a complex aromatic bouquet is made from Nebbiolo grapes grown in vineyards near the town of Canale d'alba in the Roero, located at an altitude of 280-330 metres above sea level. The grapes are harvested by hand in late September-early October. The wine is aged for 12 months in oak barriques and 8 months in steel tanks. Annually produces 22 thousand bottles of red wine Roero.

Tasting Characteristics

Wine of intense garnet-red color.
The aroma of wine floral tones are infused with active notes of red fruits, herbs, spices, pepper and leather.
Silky in the taste, you can detect notes of plum, strawberry and cedar, which are decorated with fine tannins and invigorating acidity. Fresh and elegant style of wine is impossible to forget.
The wine is preferably served with cheese, pasta, roasted or stewed meat.
