Michel Noellat, Nuits-Saint-Georges 1-er Cru "Aux Boudots" AOC — red wine, which winemakers use Pinot Noir grown in the vineyard "Of Budo" class premiers CRUs. Average age of vines 60-70 years old. The harvest is carried out manually at the winery the fruit are subjected to careful pressing. Cold pre-fermentation at a controlled temperature for 3-5 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts 18-20 days, after which the wine is aged in new oak barrels for 16-18 months. The potential of the wines of Nuits-Saint-Georges premiers CRUs "On Budo" is 8-12 years.

The wine has a deep ruby color.
The wine shows a rich, generous aroma with notes of dark cherry, BlackBerry, spice, oak and leather.
The wine wins a round, full bodied with velvety tannins, fruity berry flavor and a long, persistent finish.
The wine blends perfectly with assorted delicatessen, poultry, white meats, baked dishes, roasted meat and soft cheeses. Also drink well will play an aperitif.

About the manufacturer
