Wine "Core" appeared thanks to the dedication and deep knowledge of renowned oenologist Riccardo Kotarella. An experienced winemaker realized the second dream of the owner of a wine farm "Montevertrano" Sylvia Imperata. The first dream, already implemented, — wine "Montevetrano", highly acclaimed by renowned wine experts. The name of the new wine — "Core" — in translation from Italian means "kernel", and in the local dialect the Campaign it means "heart" and pronounced "Quran". Not only the name but also the conception of the wine bottle is subordinated to the main goal of the founders: to produce wine that embodies life. The front label is a simple design on a white background juicy watercolor with elegant nonchalance stroke depicted heart. Minimalism in color, easy-to-understand symbol of love and of life — nothing more. Wine "Core" is a specific, earthly, daring and harmonious. This wine, which has a heart that is full of life.

Tasting Characteristics

The wine shows a dark ruby red color.
The wine has an expressive, juicy aroma with interwoven notes of cherry, black cherry, BlackBerry, plum and minerals.
Taste the wine is round, well balanced with a silky texture, fruity and mineral hints and a dry finish, which can be light spicy nuances.
Wine will be the perfect pair of grilled lamb, grilled beef, stewed veal simmered leg and Mature cheeses.
