Rosé "Parallele 45" Rose got its name thanks to the 45th parallel, which runs less than two kilometers from the cellars of the wine house Paul jaboulay ene. In the village of Pont de l'isère, a monument symbolizing the 45th parallel, with the inscription "the South begins here".
The wine is an attractive salmon pink colour with delicate reflections.
The fresh aroma of the wine shows the rich tones of berries and minerals.
On the palate the wine is dominated by refreshing, crisp notes of wild berries, cherry and flowers, balanced with light hints of minerals and white pepper.
The wine will be different gastronomic pair with summer salads, grilled vegetables, goat cheese and exotic dishes.
