Tasting Characteristics

The wine is straw-yellow in color.
The aroma of the wine has a rare power and amplitude. Notes of wild flowers, orange blossom and chamomile surrounded by hints of citrus fruits, thyme and anise.
The taste of wine is stable, dense, slightly creamy, with vibrant acidity. Tonic and refreshing finish completes the clear salty nuances.
The wine goes well with spicy fish dishes, especially grilled or in the oven.
