"Josephshofer" Riesling Kabinett — an attractive white wine is made from Riesling grapes that grow in the exclusive estate Josephshöfer. The vineyard is located on the South side of a steep slope at an altitude of 180 meters above sea level, the soil consists of grey shale. The harvest takes place only after reaching the optimum ripeness of berries, the winery, the berries are fermented in steel tanks at a strictly controlled temperature.
